Job Title: Reward Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Strategist to join our HR team at Morson Talent. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing reward strategies that align with our business goals.

About the Role

This position requires strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure our reward offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and values.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation packages, including base salary, bonuses, and benefits, to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive salary grading structure and job evaluation process, ensuring consistency and fairness in pay practices across the organisation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and Finance, ensuring alignment in recruitment strategies, budgeting, and compensation planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making related to compensation and rewards.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of reward policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Reward or Compensation role.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, benchmarking, salary grading, and job evaluation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practices in reward management.
Competitive Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary up to £65,000 PA, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contribution, and discounts on retailers.
