Customer Retention Strategist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Customer Retention Strategist to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our iGaming company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing retention marketing strategies to build a robust retention program.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute loyalty initiatives to enhance customer engagement and support brand retention goals.
- Drive special projects aimed at maximizing the profitability of the active customer base.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the brand's rewards program.
- Strategize to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) for targeted customer segments.
- Present campaign metrics, outcomes, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry, ideally with an understanding of Crypto.
- Demonstrated success managing rewards programs or customer loyalty initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and effectively communicate insights and results to stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iGaming, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful retention strategies.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
