Role Overview:

The Customer Retention Specialist will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our business objectives through the effective execution of our multi-channel CRM strategy. As a key member of our customer retention department, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and engagement through various communication channels.
  • Evaluate and improve CRM communications across multiple touchpoints, including email, app, and social media.
  • Manage automated programs, newsletters, and dynamic content to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to inform and optimize marketing efforts, ensuring a personalized and targeted approach.
  • Deliver end-to-end CRM communications, from planning to reporting, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Conduct regular testing and evaluation of CRM campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with commercial, brand, and trading teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
  • Engage with external partners to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in CRM software and technology – Emarsys experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a CRM role.
Salary Range:

£32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience.
