As a key player in this exciting role, you will lead the development of innovative retention strategies, ensuring customers remain loyal to our client.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned customer retention expert with experience in online casino and sportsbook and a deep understanding of the UK market. Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive retention programs that support business objectives;
  • Create engaging campaigns to improve customer retention and satisfaction;
  • Optimise rewards programmes to enhance customer experience;
  • Design campaigns tailored to the UK market;
  • Evaluate business needs, align teams, and introduce process improvements;
  • Deliver clear campaign results, metrics, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry, ideally within the UKGC regulated market;
  • Experience managing rewards programmes or customer loyalty initiatives;
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities;
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects;
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships;
  • Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve goals.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
