Key Responsibilities

  3. Evaluate and develop reward schemes for base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives.
  4. Conduct regular salary reviews and advise on salary adjustments.
  5. Oversee annual salary review and bonus processes.
  6. Manage and refine the company's benefits programs.
  7. Provide expertise in executive compensation practices.
  8. Support the development of long-term incentive plans for senior leadership.
  9. Analyze compensation data and trends, providing insights to guide decision-making.
  10. Prepare reports and present findings to HR, leadership, and board committees.
  11. Monitor compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
  12. Develop and update reward policies and procedures in line with best practices.
  13. Ensure all reward programs are designed and administered in compliance with regulatory standards.
  14. Collaborate on employee engagement surveys and other tools to evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs.

What We Offer

  • A salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
