About the Role

We are seeking a skilled People Services Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our People Services team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to employees and customers across a range of concerns, questions, and queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily caseloads and prioritize tasks in line with SLA's
  • Update personal details, support with portal login issues, and escalate complex queries to the next team
  • Confirm resolutions with customers via email, letter, or telephone
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have recent, strong administration experience, preferably in HR Administration or Recruitment Administration. You must be confident in managing and prioritizing conflicting workloads and be comfortable working to KPI's. Attention to detail is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate competence with internal systems. Exposure to SAP is beneficial.

What We Offer

This is a permanent position offering a salary of £25,000, 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and free parking. Other benefits include cycle to work, child care vouchers, and holiday buying. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week working from home once you are fully trained and comfortable working alone.
