Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Experience Administrator to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the People Experience Manager with all aspects of administration, ensuring timely training and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators, and Franchise Standards.
  • Coordinate recruitment digital content and maintain effective communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Process candidates through the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the onboarding process and coordinate retention activities, such as newsletters and Care Professional of the month.
  • Manage the Learning Management System, ensuring training records and team training compliance are up-to-date.
  • Conduct staff supervisions, client QA's, and client and Care Professional introductions.
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals and ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy.
  • Participate in the paid on-call rota and carry out other duties as necessary for the successful operation of the business.

Requirements

  • Well-developed administration skills with experience within a generalist HR team.
  • Good understanding of employment legislation, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing, and Right to Work checks.
  • Flexibility to work outside 9-5 Monday to Friday to meet the demands of the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of IT Systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and experience with databases and virtual communication platforms.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team player who is self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
