About the Role

We are seeking a skilled People Services Administrator to join our team at The Riverside Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide first-line support to colleagues and managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our employees.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Managing employee data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex HR queries and escalate issues as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR support, preferably in a shared service or telephone-based operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft packages.
