About the Role

We are seeking a skilled People Services Administrator to join our team at The Riverside Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide first-line support to colleagues and managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and payroll processes.
  • Escalating complex queries to ensure effective resolution and maintaining service level agreements.
  • Building collaborative relationships with colleagues and third parties to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely people data and information to support decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in providing transactional HR support in a diverse and unionized organization.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize a busy and varied workload.
  • Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft packages.
