Administrative Support and Customer Relations Manager

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Administrative Support and Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Berry Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries and providing administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist in the collection of faulty goods.
- Support the customer order process and provide cover when needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
