Care Home Administrator Assistant

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors; Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families
- HR Administration: Assist with the recruitment of home staff, completing employment new starter checks and arranging inductions
- Payroll and Finance: Payroll preparation for home-based staff; Manage safe contents, petty cash, and resident fund accounts
- Communication and Organisation: Provide advice and guidance to employees on queries using HR tools and resources available; Ensure all personal files are stored securely
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes where required; Ensure all rotas are complete
