Residential Care Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager and ensure the smooth running of the home.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other members of the team.
- Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families.
- Drive the occupancy and reputation of the Care Home.
- Support resident and family feedback.
- Assist with the recruitment of home staff.
- Payroll preparation for home-based staff.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on queries.
- Ensure all personal files are stored securely.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
- Proficient user of Microsoft, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- CIPD qualification would be beneficial.
- £15.00 - £25.00 per hour (Full-time)
