Senior Healthcare Assistant - Night Shifts

Job description: A UK-based NHS care home is seeking an experienced senior healthcare assistant to work night shifts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents while supervising a team of dedicated healthcare assistants. You will also collaborate with the clinical team on tasks such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

Main duties: The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with a focus on caring for older adults. We seek candidates who exhibit compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering tailored care and support to each resident. Salary and benefits: You will receive a competitive annual salary (£26,000 - £30,000) and a comprehensive benefits package, including exclusive discounts on various products and services.
