Home Operations Administrator

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Administrator.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other members of the team.
- Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families.
- Drive the occupancy and reputation of the Care Home.
- Support resident and family feedback.
- Assist with the recruitment of home staff.
- Payroll preparation for home-based staff.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on queries.
- Ensure all personal files are stored securely.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
- Proficient user of Microsoft, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- CIPD qualification would be beneficial.
- £18.00 - £30.00 per hour (Full-time)
