Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other members of the team.
  • Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families.
  • Drive the occupancy and reputation of the Care Home.
  • Support resident and family feedback.
  • Assist with the recruitment of home staff.
  • Payroll preparation for home-based staff.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees on queries.
  • Ensure all personal files are stored securely.
  • Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • CIPD qualification would be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits:
  • £18.00 - £30.00 per hour (Full-time)
