Errington Legal is seeking a skilled Senior Solicitor/Associate to join their team in West Cambridgeshire. This exciting opportunity involves working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with a top 150 national law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client/matter files, ensuring full compliance and maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, negotiating and drafting documentation with precision and care.
- Effectively navigate the various stages of legal proceedings, safeguarding the interests of clients and delivering exceptional results.
- Meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate a commercial approach to financial management.
- Cultivate new business opportunities from existing clients and professionals, promoting marketing and business development initiatives in a dynamic and engaging manner.
Requirements
- 4+ years of post-qualified experience as a solicitor, with a genuine interest in the agriculture sector and ideally experience in property litigation.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and professionals, as well as a natural flair for promoting marketing and business development initiatives.
