Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking claims assessments in the field and making associated recommendations, in line with customer propositions, product policies, risk strategy and appetite, and business strategy and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field-based claims assessments and recommendations
  • Commercial Claims handling, including all perils (excluding subsidence) up to £100k
  • Collaboration with customers on a one-to-one basis

Requirements

  • Previous Commercial Property experience
  • Household claims adjusting experience may also be considered

What We Offer

Salaries will vary depending upon the level of experience, up to £55k + Company Car + Benefits.
