Role Overview

As a Claims Management Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team, collaborating closely with our workshop and service advisory teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee warranty processes, ensuring that all procedures are followed meticulously to facilitate accurate warranty claims.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the precise and timely completion of all warranty-related administration.
  • Meet departmental objectives while adhering to legal standards.
  • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers and visitors.
  • Strictly comply with all Group and Manufacturer policies, as well as statutory regulations.

Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably with exposure to manufacturer warranties.
  • Proficient IT skills; experience with Kerridge is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Able to foster positive relationships within the team and engage effectively with customers.
