Role Overview:

As a Claims Management Executive, you will play a crucial role within the Aftersales team, collaborating closely with our workshop and service advisor teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee processes related to warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary procedures are meticulously followed for successful claim resolution.


Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably with a background in manufacturer warranties.
  • Proficient IT skills, with experience in Kerridge being advantageous (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and workload efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships within the team and engaging with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the precise and timely completion of all warranty and departmental administrative tasks.
  • Meet all departmental objectives while adhering to legal standards.
  • Plan and allocate time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines.
  • Welcome customers and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Strictly comply with all Group and Manufacturer policies, as well as statutory regulations.
