Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm

Role Overview

In the capacity of a Claims Processing Specialist, you will collaborate with the Aftersales team, working closely with our workshop and service advisor teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee processes related to warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary procedures are adhered to for the successful completion of warranty work.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably with exposure to manufacturer warranty processes.
  • Proficient IT skills, with a preference for experience in Kerridge (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage time and workload efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships within the team and engaging with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the precise and timely execution of all warranty and departmental administrative tasks.
  • Meet all departmental objectives while adhering to legal standards at all times.
  • Carefully plan and manage time to guarantee all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
  • Welcome customers and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Strictly comply with all Group, Manufacturer policies, and statutory regulations.
