Role Overview

In the capacity of a Claims Processing Specialist, you will be integrated into the Aftersales team, collaborating closely with our workshop and service advisory teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee warranty-related processes, ensuring compliance with established protocols for efficient claims handling.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to manufacturer warranty processes.
  • Proficient IT skills, with familiarity in systems such as Kerridge (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships within the team and engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the precise and timely completion of all warranty and departmental administrative tasks.
  • Meet all departmental objectives while adhering to legal standards.
  • Plan and allocate time efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled within designated timelines.
  • Welcome customers and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Strictly comply with all Group, Manufacturer policies, and relevant statutory regulations.
