Role Overview:
As a Claims Processing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Aftersales team, collaborating closely with our workshop and service advisor teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee warranty-related processes, ensuring that all procedures are followed meticulously to facilitate accurate warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and precise completion of all warranty and departmental administration tasks.
  • Meet all departmental objectives while adhering to legal requirements.
  • Effectively manage your time to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled within designated timelines.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers and visitors.
  • Strictly comply with all Group and Manufacturer policies, as well as statutory regulations.

Who You Are:
  • You possess prior administrative experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturer warranties.
  • You have strong IT skills, with experience in Kerridge being advantageous (full training will be provided).
  • You are organized and process-oriented, capable of managing your workload efficiently.
  • You excel at building positive relationships within your team and enjoy engaging with customers.
