Kennedys Law, a leading global firm, is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Specialist to join their team in Birmingham, Cambridge or Sheffield. As part of the Healthcare division, you will work closely with the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence claims and inquests, as well as experience in advising on medical insurance coverage, health law advice, and regulatory matters. You will also be responsible for representing clients at inquests and judicial reviews.

As a Clinical Negligence Specialist, you will enjoy a competitive salary estimated around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
