Their claimant clinical negligence team is ranked tier 1 in the Legal 500 and you will handle your own caseload from instruction through to settlement.

Working with leaders in the field, the team deals with a wide range of matters including birth trauma cases, delays in diagnosis or misdiagnosis, surgical mistakes, fatalities, inquests, brain injury, spinal injury, and amputation claims.
