Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary reflects the importance we place on our Loss Prevention Advisors, who play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, associates, and assets.
Job DescriptionAs a Loss Prevention Advisor at Homesense, you will be responsible for delivering effective conflict resolution and loss awareness through excellent coaching, validation, influence, and support. You will work closely with the store team to investigate incidents, analyze data, and provide feedback to prevent future losses.
Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates, while also protecting our product and assets. To achieve this, you will need to be highly organized, self-driven, and resilient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment (ideal but not essential)
