Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join Allegiance Technology Ltd in Cambridge. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer satisfaction.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a strong background in IT support and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies, including Windows and Linux operating systems
