Business Development and Growth Specialist

As a pivotal member of our Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and securing new business opportunities for TSG. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to engage with potential clients
- Qualifying and managing inbound leads, ensuring seamless handovers to our sales team
- Maintaining a deep understanding of TSG's offerings to effectively communicate value to clients
- Tracking and documenting sales interactions and opportunities within our CRM system
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
