Business Development and Growth Specialist

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing inbound leads, and booking appointments with prospective clients. Your key objective will be to leverage communication tooling to engage with specific customer segments, nurturing and handing over sales-ready opportunities to the sales team to present TSG's products and services. This role is a hybrid, with a requirement to attend our Newcastle or Glasgow Office three times a week.

Job responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients.
- Manage inbound leads, qualifying them before handing them to the sales team.
- Qualify outbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate TSG's offerings.
- Track and document calls and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Gather target data into the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
- Ability to develop a good rapport and close working relationship with members of the sales team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple calls and campaigns efficiently.
- Familiarity with marketing communications platforms can be beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in B2B telemarketing role or similar speaking to C-level contacts.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is important for tracking leads and customer interactions.
