Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Territory Lead. You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Pro-active professional commercial selling to new and existing customers, estates departments, and facility management companies.
  2. Build new and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (QS, Project Managers, Site Teams).
  3. Pro-actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including comprehensive health insurance, flexible work arrangements, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
