About the Role:

  • Manage regional sales and develop key relationships with customers, wholesalers, and contractors.
  • Primary objective: Increase market share within defined territories and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Owning territory turnover and customer development plans to drive business growth.
  2. Sharing monthly reports on performance, customers, competitors, and project pipeline with senior management.
  3. Providing product information, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  4. BUILDING NEW AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION MAKERS (QS, PROJECT MANAGERS, SITE TEAMS).
  5. Identifying opportunities to promote Tarkett's brand and products through proactive commercial selling and marketing efforts.

Salary Estimate: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
