About the Position

We are seeking an Area Business Development Manager to join our team at Tarkett. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the preferred route to market for commercial product sales and gaining market share in your defined territory.

Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, and presenting solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.

  • You will be responsible for managing your territory's turnover and customer development plans.
  • You will need to share monthly reports with the National Sales Manager, highlighting performance metrics, customer engagement, and sales results.
  • You will work closely with distributors and end-users to identify business opportunities and build relationships.
