Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Tarkett. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, selling commercial flooring products to regional wholesalers, main contractors, and other key customers.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the preferred route to market for commercial product sales and gaining market share in your defined territory. You will also be expected to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, provide product information, and present solutions that meet their needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including national sales managers, distributors, and end-users. Your goal will be to increase sales revenue and grow your customer base while providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be able to identify business opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate deals effectively.
- Your primary responsibility will be to manage your territory's turnover and customer development plans.
- You will need to share monthly reports with the National Sales Manager, highlighting performance metrics, customer engagement, and sales results.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
