Job Title: Care Manager Leader

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Manager Leader to join our team. As a Care Manager Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services that meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide leadership and management to the care team, monitoring performance and engaging with supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
  • To develop, promote, and ensure the effective delivery of person-centred, outcomes-focused support to service users.
  • To manage the service in the absence of the Service Manager and report to the Area Manager/on-call manager where appropriate.
  • To undertake support duties in line with the needs of the people we support, working shifts as directed by the rota including sleep-ins and waking nights as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Possession of a full clean driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and training.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
