We are seeking a highly accomplished professional to assume the position of Branch Manager at Screwfix Direct Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence across our stores.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service, meet sales targets, and promote a positive store environment.
- Collaborate with the store management team to establish and achieve sales goals, while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to boost sales, enhance customer engagement, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations.
