About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled tax and benefit collection officer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to collect and recover council tax, business rates, and sundry debts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will determine the most effective means of debt recovery, ensuring all enforcement actions comply with legislation.
  2. You will provide excellent customer service, managing complex cases and resolving disputes effectively.

Estimated Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum.
