Job Description

We're seeking a Team Performance Director to join our team at Toolstation Limited in Llandrindod Wells. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing retail branch.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, sales achievement, and customer service excellence. As a successful Team Performance Director, you will have:

Key Responsibilities

As Team Performance Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales Delivery: Drive sales growth through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective merchandising.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Branch Operations: Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the branch, including stock management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
