Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead - Retail to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors, managing store operations, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a retail leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
