Responsibilities:
- Safeguard and enhance the lives of service users by providing innovative support solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Manage and lead a dedicated team of caregivers to deliver first-class support
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Have prior experience working in adult care settings, ideally with individuals with learning disabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
