Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting
- A passion for supporting people to live enriched lives and fulfill their potential
- A good understanding of health and safety legislation in a social care setting
- Flexibility to work shifts and provide cover as required
- A full clean driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and training
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
