Job Title: Deputy Service Manager

At Vetro Recruitment, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Llandrindod Wells.

About the Role:

  • Support the Manager in managing the team and service
  • Plan rotas and manage staff teams
  • Ensure compliance within the service
  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices
  • Ensure the safety of service users
  • Follow care plans for each individual
  • Take service users out into the community
  • Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and willing to work towards Level 3
  • Senior Support Worker Experience
  • Must be resilient
  • Drivers ESSENTIAL due to the nature of the role
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care
