Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Description

">
  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver person-centred care and support to service users.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective support plans that promote independence and outcomes-focused support.
  • Manage the service in the absence of the Service Manager and report to the Area Manager as required.
  • Undertake support duties as needed, working shifts including sleep-ins and waking nights.

Requirements

">
  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation and management in a social care setting.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and provide cover as required.
  • A full clean driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and training.
