We are seeking an experienced adult care professional to join our team as a Support Services Leader.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

About the Role

">
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective support plans that promote independence and outcomes-focused support.
  • Support the Service Manager in the absence of the manager and report to the Area Manager as required.
  • Undertake support duties as needed, working shifts including sleep-ins and waking nights.

Requirements

">
  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation and management in a social care setting.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and provide cover as required.
  • A full clean driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and training.
