About the Role

As a skilled Healthcare Facility Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service, ensuring the highest standards of quality care are maintained at all times. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing authentic leadership and role modeling to motivate the team to deliver excellent care.
  2. Managing the effective use of resources, including financial performance and occupancy levels.
  3. Complying with regulatory requirements and legislative guidelines, such as the CQC and NMC.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in care home management, a strong understanding of person-centered care, and excellent communication skills.
