We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Builth Wells. As an integral member of our service, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Service Manager in managing the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement rotas that meet the needs of our service users.
- Maintain compliance within the service and ensure the safety of our residents.
- A competitive salary of £25,293 - £28,413 per annum.
- Full-time employment with 40 hours per week.
- A permanent contract with opportunities for progression.
- A dedicated induction program and comprehensive training package.

- NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Senior Support Worker experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to work towards NVQ or QCF Level 3.
