About the Service

Our residential service in Builth Wells provides specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Manager in managing the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement rotas that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Maintain compliance within the service and ensure the safety of our residents.
Benefits:
  • A salary range of £25,293 - £28,413 per annum.
  • Full-time employment with 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
  • NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Senior Support Worker experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to work towards NVQ or QCF Level 3.
