About the JobThis permanent full-time position involves leading a team of staff to deliver excellent quality of care, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in care home management, and knowledge of person-centred care.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage staff to deliver excellent quality of care, utilising authentic leadership and inspirational skills.
- Care Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the care home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC.
The salary for this role is £47,201 per annum, with a range of benefits, including employee ownership trust, 35 days annual leave, individualised professional development programmes, refer-a-friend scheme, and retail/discount schemes.
