Care and Independence Specialist

As a Care and Independence Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes. You will work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement Personal Plans that promote independence and enhance the quality of life.
You will have excellent communication skills, be caring and compassionate, patient and empathetic, with a positive outlook and motivated attitude. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team is essential.
Responsibilities include providing front-line care and support, promoting independence, working alongside colleagues and other professionals, and completing relevant documentation. The ideal candidate will also be committed to continued professional development and engaging in team meetings/training sessions.
