Care Specialist ~ Nights

We are seeking caring and passionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers in a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities in Builth Wells.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with complex needs, providing specialist support to enable them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.
The role involves encouraging independence, ensuring safety, following care plans, taking service users out into the community, and participating in various activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, which includes varying levels of assistance. You must be able to provide best-in-class specialist support while inspiring our service users to reach their full potential.
No experience is required, but you must be resilient, have a drivers license, and be comfortable with personal care. We offer a competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available.
