Nights Support Team Member

We are seeking night-time Support Workers to join our team in Builth Wells, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with complex needs, providing specialist support to enable them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.
The role involves working with a variety of shifts, including weekends, and requires a caring nature, ability to engage with service users, and willingness to participate in activities such as arts, crafts, and gardening.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, which includes varying levels of assistance, and promoting independence.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available, as well as genuine progression opportunities and a range of bespoke training.
