As a Culinary Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive fresh, home-cooked meals that cater to their cultural preferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals for residents and others as required, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Cultural Catering: Provide a varied diet that caters to the cultural preferences of our service users, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Special Events: Cater for celebrations and other events in our Home, showcasing your culinary skills and creativity.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies within the catering budget and company policy guidelines, using approved suppliers in the absence of the senior cook.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP guidelines and adhere to COSHH regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
