The Job

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Builth Wells. You will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager in managing the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Manager in planning rotas and managing staff teams.
  • Ensure compliance within the service and maintain a safe environment for our residents.
  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
Benefits:
  • A salary range of £25,293 - £28,413 per annum.
  • Full-time employment with 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
  • NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Senior Support Worker experience.
